Gayatri Jolly Aggarwal is the CEO of Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery, where she brings a blend of global design sensibilities and business acumen. Having studied gemmology from GIA, New York, she has worked with leading fashion houses like Armani Exchange and Diane Von Furstenberg, couturier Dennis Basso on gaining extensive experience in luxury design and management. With a background in fashion from Parsons, New York, and entrepreneurship from Babson College, Boston, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s vision, ensuring a seamless fusion of craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.

Beyond her recent foray into the jewellery industry, Gayatri is the founder of MasterG & Daughters Pvt Ltd, India’s first all-woman ecosystem for the global apparel industry. She designed the Breaking Patterns® Pedagogy to make fashion education more inclusive. An INK, Sonder Connect, and Acumen Fellow, she also serves on the Board of Studies for the School of Creative Economy at Delhi Skill & Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), contributing to skill development in India. The curriculum developed by her has been implemented in 32 industry-aligned apparel training centers across India, empowering over 5,000 women to achieve financial independence.
